Overseeing the entire project as a client representative, including planning, coordination of GC or up to 5 subcontractors, budgeting, and communication throughout all stages of the project: planning, execution, and closing.

The role of CMC is managing and coordinating up to 50 subcontractors contracted directly with the Client avoiding markups and ensuring transparency and cost efficiency.
