Founded back in 2009, we are construction management company based in Tbilisi, Georgia with a portfolio of more than 100 completed and 20 ongoing remarkable projects in Georgia, Armenia and Serbia. Our portfolio includes construction projects with total investment budget of up to $3 billion from different fields managed by team of more than 100 experienced professionals bold enough to handle projects of any scale.
Being full-scale construction management company with experience of working with international brands and financial institutions, our scope of services includes: Construction Planning, Design Review, Design Management, Construction Management, Quality Control Project Risk Management, Feasibility Study, Tendering, Budgeting, Cost Estimation, Value Engineering, Document Control, Contract Management and many more.

OUR HISTORY
2009 – Our first challenge is the project management of the National Bank of Georgia Cash Center. A team of 5 was responsible for general project planning, construction coordination, schedule and budget management and supervision of all subcontractors. Project management of the National Bank of Georgia’s cash center was an exceptional opportunity to contribute to long-term development of the country, its economy and community.
2009-2012 our experience and successfully completed projects positions CMC as a reliable partner to its clients.
2012-2018 – years of rapid growth we doubled the number of employees to cope with the increased demand.
Since 2019 KVL International and CMC is a joint venture between German and Georgian construction management and engineering firms with a combined 30 years of experience and over 400 professionals.
In 2021, CMC has founded CMC International and entered the European market by opening a new branch in Zagreb, Croatia.
Since 2022, CMC and KVL International joint venture company started providing construction management services for international software companies in Armenia and Serbia.
