With a total construction area of 62,300 m², it was completed in late 2017 as part of the Georgian Co-Investment Fund’s investment projects. Among the mall’s many amenities are the Alexander Griboedov Drama Theater, a metro station located within the premises, and a vast range of local and international brands, six cinemas, a food court with open cafes, an entertainment center for children, a supermarket, and an underground parking facility. Managing this ambitious construction project posed significant challenges, including the fact that the metro station had to remain operational during the construction process. CMC was involved from the early pre-construction stage, actively participating in concept design preparation, and in line with construction management was executing tenants’ coordination functions, monitoring the refurbishment of all leased commercial areas.
