The ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is vital for aligning the company’s service quality with international standards and ensuring the smooth flow of business processes. This is why over the past several months of the 2023, CMC conscientiously developed and put into effect standards and procedures for crucial processes within the company. These protocols underwent the audit by an international certification consultant, culminating in the certification granted earlier this year.
