CMC is the first Georgian construction management company expanded internationally. In 2020 CMC International was founded and two branches were established in Armenia and Croatia, marking our expansion into international markets. 

We are proud partners of KVL, one of the largest construction management company in Europe, our joint venture manages several projects in Armenia and Serbia.

Some of our ongoing international projects are:

Dalan Technopark in Yerevan, Armenia a remarkable 150,000 sq.m multifunctional technological center that will combine office areas, public spaces, sports and scientific-educational centers.

ACBA bank HQ in Yerevan, Armenia. With site area of 2.6 ha and construction area of 10 000 sq.m CMC provides project management service to ACBA banks new 7 story headquarters’ building.

Expanding globally is one of main strategic goals for CMC and new markets in pipeline are: UAE, Germany and Uzbekistan.
