RADISSON RED TBILISI
Our team managed the entire construction process of this unique 111-room hotel. Transforming the iconic, century-old post office building, situated in the historic heart of the city, into modern hotel was the main challenge of the project. CMC’s primary objective was to preserve the building’s cultural and historical essence while modernizing it to meet Radisson brand standards.
CMC SCOPE
Multiple authentic elements where preserved in this cultural heritage building, including balconies, façade, staircases and more. The first Radisson Red in the region, the hotel welcomed it’s first guests in 2023, offering them incredible experience inspired by vibrant design and unique concept.
