PROJECT INFORMATION
LAKHAMI HPP
Located in Svaneti region, village of Chuberi, LAKHAMI HPP annual generation equals to 80 MLN Kw/h. Investment cost of the project, comprising 2 water intakes with total installed capacity of 16 MW, made up 25 MLN USD. Lakhami HPP represents a derivation type two-step cascade HPP (Lakhami 1 HPP with installed capacity of 6.4 MW and Lakhami 2 HPP with installed capacity of 9.5 MW). Both HPPs comprise powerhouse and vertical section fishways that ensure fish transportation from the lower pound lock to the higher one. CMC performed budgeting and civil works design review of the project.

For this remarkable project CMC provided budgeting and design review services for Bank of Georgia.
Budgeting service included delivery of a primary financial document that constitutes the necessary funds for implementing the project and producing the deliverables.
Design review included a thorough evaluation of project design and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and alignment across all disciplines.
