During the project’s development, the primary objective was to create an unconventional and distinctive office building. The project’s concept was centered around the idea of supremacy of law, accentuated by the use of a strict, black-colored frame on the facade. About 70% of the building does not make direct contact with the ground, which created an effect of floating. The Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office building comprises of office spaces, a lobby, and a parking lot.
