- [PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE TBILISI](https://cmc.ge/portfolio/prosecutors-office-in-tbilisi/): During the project’s development, the primary objective was to create an unconventional and distinctive office building. The project’s concept was centered around the idea of supremacy of law, accentuated by the use of a strict, black-colored frame on the facade. About 70% of the building does not make direct contact with the ground, which created an effect of floating. The Tbilisi Prosecutor’s Office building comprises of office spaces, a lobby, and a parking lot.

Throughout the construction journey, we placed great emphasis on preserving the historical charm of the site, while seamlessly integrating modern solutions and standards.
- [GALLERIA TBILISI](https://cmc.ge/portfolio/galleria-tbilisi/): With a total construction area of 62,300 m², it was completed in late 2017 as part of the Georgian Co-Investment Fund’s investment projects. Among the mall’s many amenities are the Alexander Griboedov Drama Theater, a metro station located within the premises, and a vast range of local and international brands, six cinemas, a food court with open cafes, an entertainment center for children, a supermarket, and an underground parking facility. Managing this ambitious construction project posed significant challenges, including the fact that the metro station had to remain operational during the construction process. CMC was involved from the early pre-construction stage, actively participating in concept design preparation, and in line with construction management was executing tenants’ coordination functions, monitoring the refurbishment of all leased commercial areas.
