Public service hall in Kutaisi is offering about 250 different services in one space to the local population. Located at the administrative capital of Imereti region, simple and transparent facade architecture of the building displays its interior designed by the American Company SANTEO.

CMC scope, project management, comprised all phases from pre-construction through to closeout. Besides, CMC was responsible for managing project cost and schedule, day-to-day oversight and management of all subcontractors, while facilitating daily communication between all team members and the client.
